Monica Alamo, Argentinian, started her career taking musical roots from all kind of bands and styles. She shares the same passion for music as her father, she used to listen music with him since she was very little.
She started as Dj national and international radios like frisky radio, dancelatinoamerica (dla), cbamf (arg), frecuencia zoom (arg), beatbox.Fm (arg), adn radio (arg), beat radio (mex), tribal sessions (uh) and tronik sessions (por), then she was offered to join the greek radio danceradio.gr where, with her show glitchy noises, she gets as guests to the most prestigious djs and producers of minimal, tech-house & techno from the world such as Mikael Stavostrand (usa), Touane (it), Boris Brejcha (ger), Alland Byallo (usa), Par Grindvik (swd), Piemont (fr), Sasha Carassi (it), Tony Matt (it), Abnormal Boyz (it), James Venturi (it), Sergio Muñoz aka delete (ven), Gary Beck (uk), Joseph Capriati (it), Mauro Alpha (it), Luca Morris (it), Carbon (ger), Gabo (br), Bvoice & Khz (ru), among others. This is why she was also offered a space in Odu.Fm from Chicago, Usa and Proclubbinfm.com from Turkey. She was heralded as Dj in the most important bars & clubs from Buenos Aires, Bahia Blanca, Rosario, Punta Alta, Mendoza, Neuquen, Mar del Plata and La Plata (her hometown) and in some countries like Peru (xcess & Macarena bar Lima & San Bartolo), Ecuador (beatsclub party quito, Sante (guayaquil) & electromundo (montanita), Colombia (club cinema & club la sala both in Bogota) and Mexico (Rioma, AM local, Bar Americas, Fonica, Cholu-lala, Royal, La Santa Bar).
Her first residence during 2007 was in the Ba Club Tazz Soho all fridays and satrudays for 7 months. At the same time, during 2008 she was in charge of a her cycle glitter in the microclub exchange ba, where every friday she was sharing booth with some of the best techno, tech-house and minimal artist from all over the country.
Meanwhile Monica started to work as A&R of Label Level Up Records, resulting in the relocation of the label in to the top sellers.
The sound that characterizes her is tech-house & techno with strong and funny bass lines combined with unique rythms and environment sounds.
Her work as producer starts in 2007 alongside her co equiper nexus dj, getting signed all their productions created until now, and being very heralded as remixer. Her tracks were charted for important national & international djs and producers. She has a second alias also with nexus dj, narada with wich they remixed the classic track youseef - i want you with elio riso, wich was charted and played by carl cox in his radioshow global and creamfields chile 2007.

Sus comienzos como dj fueron primeramente en radios internacionales y nacionales como frisky radio, only club radio (arg), untitled radio (hu), beatbox.Fm (arg), adn radio (arg), beat radio (mex), tribal sessions (hu) y tronik sessions (por), luego se le ofreció formar parte de la radio griega danceradio.Gr, cada 3er sabado del mes su show glitchy noises tuvo como invitados a los mas prestigiosos djs y productores de minimal, tech-house y techno mundiales tales como boris brejcha (ger), alland byallo (usa), par grindvik (swd), piemont (fr), sasha carassi (it), tony matt (it), abnormal boyz (it), james venturi (it), sergio muñoz aka delete (ven), gary beck (uk), joseph capriati (it), mauro alpha (it), luca morris (it), carbon (ger), gabo (br), bvoice & khz (ru), mikael stavostrand (usa), touane (it), entre otros. Como consecuencia de ello le ofrecieron dos espacios mas; en odu.Fm chicago (usa) y proclubbinfm.Com (turquia). Fue convocada como dj en los pubs y clubs mas importantes de buenos aires, bahia blanca, rosario, punta alta, mendoza, neuquen, mar del plata y la plata (su ciudad natal) y en paises como peru (xcess y macarena bar lima y san bartolo), ecuador (beatsclub party quito, sante (guayaquil) y electromundo (montanita), key club uruguay, colombia (club cinema & club la sala ambos en bogota) y mexico (rioma, am local, bar americas, fonica, cholu-lala, royal, la santa bar, tianguis, nekthar, al khaima). Obtuvo su primera residencia en tazz soho de buenos aires durante 7 meses los dias viernes y sábados durante el 2007. En el 2008 formó parte del staff de Djs residentes de exchange ba los dias viernes con su ciclo glitter compartiendo cabina con talentos nacionales. Hoy tiene una residencia mensual en el club bahrein de buenos aires.
A su vez comenzó su labor como A&R de un prestigioso sello colombiano llamado level up records, posicionando al mismo entre los tops sellers.
El sonido que la caracteriza es el tech-house y techno con marcadas lineas de bajos y sonidos divertidos.
Su labor como productora comenzo en el ano 2007 junto a su co equiper nexus dj, editando todas sus producciones creadas hasta el momento, muy aclamada como remixer, sus temas fueron charteados por djs importantes de la escena local e internacional y como narada (otro alias que tiene junto a nexus dj) remezclaron el clásico de youseef - i want you junto a elio riso, fue charteado y tocado por el mismo carl cox en su radioshow global como en creamfields chile 2007 entre otros lugares.
